Beautiful antique English Henri II Oak Cabinet Cupboard (or would make a great Bar) - 2 sections - 8 Ft. Total Height
Features leaded glass in the center top door, a beveled mirror with a small plate rack in the center, beautiful turned columns and arts and crafts style ribboned baskets and flowers on the front of each of the four doors. A set of keys is included. It's a stunning piece with many interesting details, and we receive many compliments, but need to downsize. This piece was purchased a few years ago from a local antiques dealer who specialized in importing English antiques.
Measurements: Combined height is 8 Ft.
TOP SECTION: 54"H x 48"W x 12.5"D
Includes 3 shelves behind 3 different doors; middle door features leaded glass. Shelves are 12.5"D and columns are 14"H.
Bottom shelf has a crack that was repaired by the dealer (see photos)
BOTTOM SECTION: 41"H x 50"H x 21"D
Two doors, two interior shelves, also with a crack near the back of the bottom shelf
Noted condition flaws: In addition to the cracks noted above, two 'buttons' are missing from the front lower section, part of the keyhole decoration came off the lower right door, but is available; and the finish, which appears to be original, is worn unevenly. We originally planned to have the entire piece refinished, but decided to keep it as is.
